In these 30-minute, drop-in meditation sessions, a certified teacher will offer guided mindfulness meditation practices in a safe online space. These powerful practices help bring ease, clarity and joy in our daily lives.

Once you register, the zoom link will be sent to your registered email. You can use that link to attend any or all the sessions offered in that month. A flexible schedule is offered to accommodate people from various time zones. 

These sessions are offered on a donation basis (suggested monthly donation of $30). Your financial contribution and generosity helps bring us closer to our vision of building a global network of mindfulness practitioners. We believe in the transformative and healing power of these practices to create a more just and peaceful world. We are especially motivated to share these teachings and practices with underserved populations in India and Pakistan where resources are scarce.
