Drop-in Meditation Sangha

In these 30-minute, drop-in meditation sessions, a certified teacher will offer guided mindfulness meditation practices in a safe online space. These powerful practices help bring ease, clarity and joy in our daily lives. 

A flexible schedule is offered to accommodate people from various time zones. These sessions are offered on a donation basis (suggested monthly donation of $30). Your financial contribution and generosity helps bring us closer to our vision of building a global network of mindfulness practitioners. We believe in the transformative and healing power of these practices to create a more just and peaceful world. We are especially motivated to share these teachings and practices with underserved populations in India and Pakistan where resources are scarce.
