Daily Meditations

In these 30-minute, drop-in meditation sessions, a certified teacher will offer guided mindfulness meditation practices in a safe online space. These powerful practices help bring ease, clarity and joy in our daily lives.

Cultivating Resilience

Understand impact of stress, importance of cultivating resilience and the science behind it, practice Positive Coping Skills in daily life, handle difficult emotions with greater ease using RAIN Program and learning to let go and cultivate courage

Discovery Monthly Session

Offered once a month, this drop-in class is designed for those who have completed an introductory mindfulness course and would like to further deepen their knowledge on specific selected topics.

Metta Retreat

In these online and in-person retreats, our teachers will offer a container for participants to deepen wisdom and compassion through silent walking and seated meditations, movement exercises, and wisdom teachings that inspire and enlighten.

Book Club

Mindful Movement

A skilled, certified yoga teacher will guide you in live, online yoga classes that restore, strengthen and heal the body and mind.

Sound Healing Sessions

Sound has been known to have healing properties. In these restorative sessions participants will be treated to a deep meditative experience by a certified sound healer who will be playing alchemy crystal bowls.

6 weeks Online Course

Through instructor led live online teachings,experiential exercises, group dialogue and guided meditations, you will learn how the skills and practices of mindfulness can help you to become more resilient by managing difficult thoughts, feelings and impulses.
